Responsibilities:
Evaluate and establish process parameters.
Identify and eliminate sources of failure and to perfect the functionality of the product.
Define process problems that lead to throughput or quality issues, evaluates cause of problem, implement solutions to stabilize processes, increases production output, reduce production cycle and cost improvement.
Investigate and implement solutions on process or material related problems.
Execute productivity program such as process automation, tooling and fixture fabrication or improvement, etc.
Ensure manufacturing objectives are met and initiate continuous improvement activities on product quality, yields and technologies.
Develop and maintain proper job methods, work instructions, drawings, Bill of Material, etc for the product.
Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Bioengineering or equivalent.
Fresh grad are welcome
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skill.
Systematic and self-initiative.
Able to handle multi projects.
Able to evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
