Qualification and Experience -
Ph.D. in Immunology or a related subject with extensive knowledge of Cancer Immunology. The candidate will be required to develop various in vitro and in vivo methods to identify and characterize the therapeutic potential of novel Monoclonal Antibodies and also perform extensive pre-clinical studies with the lead candidates. Working knowledge of Antibody-based drug development is highly desirable. The candidate should also have a proven track record of publications/patents in the relevant area.
Two or more years of Post-doctoral/Industrial research experience in the relevant field is highly desirable. The position and designation are flexible according to the qualifications and years of experience
The candidate should have a strong team orientated approach with good verbal and written communication skills.

Department	Antibody Engineering Group
Job Specification Molecular Modeling
Qualification and Experience -
Ph.D. or a Post Graduate in Bioinformatics/Biophysics/ Structural Biology or a related subject with experience of about 2-5 years in structural biology, homology modeling of biomolecules and molecular dynamic simulations. The successful candidate is expected to work in a project which involves designing humanized monoclonal antibodies having therapeutic value. The job entails molecular modeling studies along with molecular dynamic simulations in order to rationally predict humanized sequences and also improve Antibody effector functions. In addition the candidate will also be involved in other new drug discovery projects. The candidate should also have a proven track record of publications/patents in the relevant area.

Research and Development
Mammalian Cell Culture
Candidates with M.Sc/Ph.D in the area of Biological Sciences with 3 to 8 years of experience in the area of mammalian cell culture in companies engaged in production of vaccines or other therapeutics from mammalian cell culture are required. Knowledge of media optimization, of culture conditions for high expression of recombinant therapeutics and/or monoclonal antibodies in roller bottle cultures or batch cultures in bioreactors is essential.

Bacterial Fermentation
Candidates with M.Sc/M.Tech (Biochem/Biotech or related areas) with 1 to 2 years in handling fermentors and optimizing fermentation processes for recombinant protein production are desirable.

Protein Purification
Candidates with M.Sc/M.Tech with 5 to 8 years relevant experience, or Ph.D with 2 to 3 years relevant experience with good working knowledge of therapeutic recombinant protein purification from bacterial and mammalian cell expression systems are desired.

Quality Assurance
Candidates with M.Sc/M.Pharm with 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant area in a pharmaceutical or biotech company with knowledge of current national and international regulatory guidelines and exposure to Indian/USFDA audits are required.

Quality Control
Candidates with M.Sc/M.Pharm in biochemistry or related areas or M.Tech in biotechnology with at least 3 to 5 years experience in the biotechnology /pharmaceutical industry are required. Experience in coordinating routine QC laboratory operations involving analytical testing and environmental monitoring associated with raw materials, in-process, and final release of product will be preferred.

Formulation Development – Pharmaceuticals
Candidates with M.Sc/M. Pharm with 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing company engaged in the formulation and filling operations of bulk API for liquid and lyophilized dosages are required. Knowledge of current formulation methodologies in pharmaceutical formulations/drug delivery and a practical knowledge of lyophilization cycle development is desirable. Familiarity with GLP/GMP requirements in formulation manufacturing will be considered as an advantage.

Formulation Development - Biotechnology
Candidates with M.Sc/M. Pharm with 1 to 3 years in a pharma or biotech manufacturing company engaged in the formulation and filling operations of bulk API for liquid and lyophilized dosages are required. Knowledge of current protein modification methodologies in formulations/drug delivery and a practical knowledge of lyophilization cycle development is desirable. Familiarity with GLP/GMP requirements in formulation manufacturing will be considered as an advantage.

Sales and Marketing

Candidates with excellent communication skills and personality, high energy levels, aptitude to sell and strong customer service orientation and experience in Oncology sales are invited to apply for our positions all over India.
